We had to do Easter up big this year since its Cora's first one and the first one Lily will remember. We left out a carrot for the Easter Rabbit last night. This morning, Lily was excited about her Easter basket with art supplies. We went to church with Chelsie's family. The girls did great, as long as dancing to the hymns is excepted. Then we went to brunch at Johnny and Oliver's house. As of 6pm, Lily still has 5 more eggs to find.

Dishes
Lily loves playing in the kitchen. Usually cooking, but lately she wants to wash dishes too. She has all the steps down, but we are not sure of the quality.

Gardening
With the title gardening, I am sure you thought you'd see photos of us planting outside. Well, it's Alaska and we are supposed to get 18 inches of snow in the next 48 hours. So we do what we can and pretend we get to have spring like everyone else. We went to the nursery to be warm and see things growing. Then Lily came home to plant her carrots, peas, lettuce, and flowers. This was all inspired by a book called Muncha, Muncha, muncha where Mr. McGreeley plants a garden. Lily doesn't quite get the growing season and told me after an hour of seeds in the soil "I want to eat my vegetables".
